OPD

Out -patient means reasonable and customary charges for all medically necessary treatment and services provided by or on the order of a licensed physician to the insured person, as a result of day-to-day sickness or injuries. Total limit of Rs. 2500 per month is for the employee and their family (including self, spouse and kids) who are already enrolled for IPD. This OPD limit cannot be carried forward on monthly basis and all the OPD claims shall be re-imbursed in the following month payroll.
